• Inspect winch rope daily. Replace rope

if there is any wear, fraying, or cuts. See

Machine Controls section for more

information.

• Check rollers for burrs or sharp edges if

rope is damaged in any way. Replace

any damaged or worn rollers.

• Winch roller guides should be greased as

necessary every 30-40 hours of

operation. Use only Texaco® Starplex II

grease.
